New CID Attachments 40 Ton Inverted Log Splitter attachment for skid steer loaders and compact tractors. Constructed of AR400 and Grade 50 powder coated steel, this log splitter features a solid fully enclosed 10″ I-Beam frame that supports a powerful 5″ bore x 30″ stroke HD American made cylinder with 40 tons of splitting force. The 1″ thick beveled cutting wedge is comprised of heat treated AR400 abrasion resistant high tensile steel capable of splitting 30″ logs with ease (optional 4-way wedge available). The open/close control feature is not one continuous action. The user friendly controls allow you to pick up and move timber without splitting it. This attachment is great for moving, splitting, and clearing logs and timber without ever having to leave the cab of your machine. Other features include a 7 second average cycle time, fully enclosed cylinder cover, grease fittings, Parker hoses and flat-faced couplers. The universal quick attach plate fits most makes and models of skid steer loaders and compact tractors.
